Thank You!

Thank you for 100 follows! My little heart is dancing!

This is such a huge milestone for me. I started this blog in 2017 with the simple hope of sharing my thoughts on books that I loved. However, in the past two years, so many changes have shaken my life that the purpose of this blog has completely changed. I still write book reviews, which I love doing. But more than that, in the past few months, this blog has become an outlet for me to share my writing journey. So, thank you all for following along and encouraging me to continue pursuing writing, even when its lonely path can, at times, be challenging. 

Here’s a short update on my current WIP: I’m still editing (fourth draft), but now I’m focusing more on line editing instead of developmental edits. Those are, for now, in a place where I’m (somewhat) satisfied. 

I also rewrote some of the dialogue, making it sound more realistic and personable to each specific character–basically working on each characters’ unique voice. I’m having way more fun doing this than working on plot development like I had to do during the second and third drafts of the manuscript.
